These Terms of Service govern your use of the Casa Academy website and services operated by Realty Labs Ventures LLC, doing business as Casa Academy (“Casa Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate in Florida and provide real estate licensing education and exam prep services.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. By accessing Casa Academy, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes and your personal education.
- Do not copy, resell, or distribute course content without written permission.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the platform or other users.
Payments, subscriptions, and taxes
Pricing is displayed on the enrollment page and may change from time to time. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your purchase. Payments are processed by our payment providers, and we do not store full payment card details.
Refunds and cancellations

Intellectual property
All course content, branding, and materials are owned by Realty Labs Ventures LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content for personal use.

Our courses and materials are provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee exam passage, licensure, or employment. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casa Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Dispute resolution
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any legal action will be brought in Florida courts with jurisdiction over Realty Labs Ventures LLC.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
